We are looking for an HR manager to join our fast growing IT Enterprise. The person will be responsible for drawing up a strategic human resource management framework and its implementation. The person will be responsible for recruitment, training and performance management systems across the organization.

The ideal candidate would be someone with the following attributes

  • A passion to understand people
  • Conceptual clarity on HR practices and Organisational Development
  • Commitment to fairness
  • 3 to 4 years experience in HR in IT Industry
  • MBA or PGDM in Human Resources
  • Good people skills including communication, team management and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage in unstructured environments
  • Strong capabilities in sourcing and selection methods
  • Understanding of training needs assessment methods
  • Deep understanding of performance assessment metrics and tools
