We are looking for multiple Project Leads to join our fast growing software development operations at Kochi and Trivandrum. As a Project Lead, the person will be working on multiple projects and will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery and quality in these projects. She/He will be responsible for client interaction for requirements gathering and reporting on progress. The person will be developing timelines and milestones, managing resources, coordinating with Technical Leads and guiding the development team.
We are looking for the following attributes:
- Technical capability in web based application development
- Understanding of SDLC
- Ability to manage in unstructured environments
- Good people management skills
- Good communication skills
An ideal candidate would have between 4-6 years of experience with multiple years of experience as a Team Lead or above in a CMM level III or higher company.
