Associate Business Analysts (0-2 years) @ Zyxware Techologies, Technopark, Trivandrum

We are looking for Associate Business Analysts to be part of our Business Analysis Team. This is an opportunity to achieve tremendous professional growth as a Business Analyst in the Web and Mobile Applications domain. They will be placed at our office in Techopark, Trivandrum.
Specifically, the person will be responsible for the following
- Understand system context and system goals expected by the clients.
- Translate business requirements in Systems Requirements Specification / Wire frames / Work flows and Use Cases.
- Interact with technical teams and consult on business requirements of the system.
- Research and provide solutions to business problems for the customer.
- Client handling, through email / teleconferencing.
- Verify and approve test cases.
- Provide first level support to clients during system go-live.
- Provide consulting during pre -sales process and work on proposal documents.
- Interact with Project Manager for feasibility, timelines of the project delivery.
- Coordinate with the client to collate requirements.
We are looking for the following attributes in eligible candidates.
- 0- 2 years of work experience as Associate /Business Analyst with experience in web/mobile applications domain.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of web and mobile technologies.
- B. Tech / MBA.
- Understanding of requirements management process and SDLC processes.
