Business Development Associate - 2 -4 years @ Zyxware Technologies (BD021409)
Zyxware Technologies is engaged in the business of web applications development services. Its chosen technology platform is Drupal, a Free Software. It is one of the largest code contributors to Drupal from India. We are looking for a Business Development Associates who can help us position ourselves in the web applications development services market, acquire projects from across the world and play a role in building sustained relationships with clients.
Specifically, the person will be responsible for the following
- Analysing emerging market for web applications development across the world.
- Developing and implementing strategies to position ourselves in line with our values, competencies and strategic objectives.
- Generating leads.
- Developing specific value propositions for clients and leading closure of sales.
- Take ownership of the Complete Sales Cycle starting from Prospecting till Sales Conversion.
- Act as an interface between potential clients and the development team during the sales closure phase and in other phases where required.
- Keep a look out for emerging technologies.
The desired candidate will have the following attributes
- A degree in management with two years of experience in Business Development or 3 years of experience in Business Development in the software industry.
- Proven ability in business development.
- Experience in market research.
- Good communication abilities; both written and oral in English.
- Ability to negotiate with key decision makers within the organisation and on the client side.
- Ability to develop or manage development of relevant advertising material (marketing collaterals).
- Ability to write proposals/presentations.
- Experience in marketing strategies including making cold/warm calls to the relevant target audience.
- Willingness to work with our client timings as and when required.
