Zyxware introduces 'Employee of the Year (Web Applications Department) 2015-16' award to recognize professional excellence

The Quality Evangelist (QE) team in Zyxware Technologies has instituted the 'Employee of the Year (Web applications Department) 2015-16' award to recognize the unique and valuable contributions of its people and to reward those who have stayed true to the organization's core values. The award is a humble recognition of the vision, ability, perseverance, and commitment of those who have enriched the organization with their exceptional contributions.

The Quality Evangelists team was institutionalized to "Develop a perspective on quality in Web Applications Development in line with Zyxware's vision, mission and strategy" and hence the events organized by the QE team specifically focuses on improving the aspect of quality with regard to Web Applications Development.

The candidates for the award would be nominated based on various criteria such as sense of ownership, thoughtful risk-taking, ethical behaviour, independent thinking, and customer satisfaction. The QE team will filter out the nominations and the names of candidates with the maximum number of nominations will be passed on to a committee. The committee will finalize the winner.

The selection process is underway and would continue till March 2016.

The winners will be awarded a cash prize of Rs. 25,000/-.
