Senior Associate : Business Development (IT Infrastructure Solutions)
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Associate (BDA) who will be responsible for driving the growth of our IT Infrastructure Solutions Operations. The BDA will be expected to contribute to the formulation of a strategy for marketing, implementation of the strategy and driving sales growth. BDA will be placed at our office in Thiruvananthapuram.
Responsibilities:
- Contribution to marketing strategy formulation.
- Development and implementation of a sales strategy.
- Developing and implementing a cost effective promotional strategy.
- Lead generation and conversion.
- Engage with private sector and government sector organisations.
- Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, and production managers, to market products and services.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably technology services or products.
- Good understanding of marketing activity.
- MBA with Marketing as one of the specializations (preference).
- Good verbal and Written communication skills in English.
- Ability to lead a team.
- Commitment to honesty and fairness in transactions.
