Employers are usually not keen on providing them either as it requires time, effort and money to enforce it coupled with the fact that the employees are not keen on it in the first place. However after having implemented such a policy in Zyxware for the past two years we have come to understand its significance and the reasoning that gave birth to them which has led us to write about it.
