clamav, clamav-db, clamav-devel, clamav-milter, clamd, clamtk, Clam AntiVirus is a GPL anti-virus toolkit for UNIX. The main purpose of this software is the integration with mail servers (attachment scanning). The package provides a flexible and scalable multi-threaded daemon, a command line scanner, and a tool for automatic updating via Internet. The programs are based on a shared library distributed with the Clam AntiVirus package, which you can use with your own software. Most importantly, the virus database is kept up to date. flpr: Standalone lpr client program which does not _require_ any control files to operate. Single executable complete with internal man page and with extensive, detailed error messages. If desired, /usr/local/etc/flp.defaults may be created and used to designate system-wide defaults and .../flp.printers can hold a separate printer nicknames file (separate for ease of maintenance). Fermi Kerberos Tools: krb5-fermi-addons - installed by default, krb5-fermi-base - installed by default, krb5-fermi-config - installed by default, krb5-fermi-getcert - not installed by default, krb5-fermi-krb5.conf - not installed by default. ocsinventory-client: Open Computer and Software Inventory Next Generation is an application designed to help a network or system administrator keep track of the computer configuration and software installed on the network. This is customized for Fermilab's enviroment.

Scientific Linux 5.4, a distribution rebuilt from source packages for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.4 and enhanced with extra scientific and other software: "Scientific Linux Live CD/DVD 5.4 has been released for i386 and x86_64.
