Business Development Associate - 2 years (IT Infrastructure Solutions) BD011501
We are looking to hire a Business Development Associate (BDA) who will be responsible for driving the growth of our IT Infrastructure Solutions Operations. The BDA will be expected to contribute to the formulation of a strategy for marketing, implementation of the strategy and driving sales growth. BDA will be placed at our office in Thiruvananthapuram.
Responsibilities
- Contribution to marketing strategy formulation
- Development and implementation of a sales strategy
- Developing and implementing a cost effective promotional strategy
- Lead generation and conversion
- Engage with private sector and government sector organisations.
- Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, and production managers, to market products and services.
The ideal candidate would have the following profile:
- 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably technology services or products
- Good understanding of marketing activity
- MBA with Marketing as one of the specialisations
- Good verbal and Written communication skills in English
- Ability to lead in a team
- Commitment to honesty and fairness in transactions
The position will have a compensation structure which involves a fixed component and a results based component.
