Create an account in iContact and login.

Go to Sign Up Forms from Contacts page and create HTML form.

We can customize the html form,change color of text and form elements.

Once the form is ready, click ‘View HTML’ next to form. HTML code for the form will appear in a popup window. The HTML code contains all the formatting added to the form.
